Villa Miramar is located in the heart of Tulum’s famous Caribbean coast, one and a half miles south of the historic Mayan ruins. Where the surf breaks directly in front of our grand palapa room offers the best snorkeling in Tulum.

This spectacular beach villa will leave you breathless. Walk in and have a view directly through the home to a private swimming pool situated in front of the Caribbean. Enjoy cocktails or a swim and watch the rolling waves. It’s about as peaceful and serene as it can get! Go out and soak up the sun, swim in the surf and snorkel one of the best areas in Tulum, or stargaze at night on the deck with the sounds of the waves, the breeze in your hair, and a glass of wine. From upstairs on the other side of the villa, you can often catch a sun setting beyond the vast and lush green jungle. A spectacular sight to see! Or wake early to catch a sunrise any given day from the comfort of the grandiose palapa living room or view it from floating in the beachside pool.
